Yes! Every item is handmade by me—from cutting and stitching to finishing and packaging. I take pride in creating quality, one-of-a-kind items with care and attention to detail.
 Are your items made to order?
Most items are made to order. Please allow 2–3 business days for me to create and prepare your item before it ships.
 How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship via USPS Priority Mail or First Class.

 Can I request a custom order?
Yes! I’m happy to take custom requests if I have the fabric in stock. Just reach out via the contact form or email me directly.
 Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! If you're sending a gift, I can include tissue wrap and a handwritten note at no extra cost. Just leave a message at checkout.
 What if I need a different size or strap length?
Let me know! I can often adjust sizes (like longer tote straps or slightly wider book sleeves) on request.
 What’s your return policy?
Since all items are handmade, I do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or there's a mistake on my part. Please reach out if there’s an issue — I want you to be happy with your order!
 How do I care for my items?
Most fabric items can be:
